Book Trailer!

Tuesday, June 24, 2008, 8:42 PM

I've updated The Ghosts of Belfast website with one of those new fangled book trailers. Check it out at http://www.theghostsofbelfast.com/trailer/.

Things have been busy of late, leaving me unable to blog as frequently as I'd like, but I'll hopefully be managing a bit more in the weeks to come.

That’s a strong and stylish book trailer; one of the best I’ve seen. And a blurb by James Ellroy!!! WOW. :)

Podcasts? You Tubes? Like I can freakin' watch those on dial up?

But cool that you have a book trailer. Does this mean you have a book???!! By that I mean deal. It's been weeks since BEA. Was wondering if you had any news. Perhaps the trailer is a hint at the answer?

Thanks, folks.

Josie, things are developing, but I must err on the side of discretion for now. :)

Man, that is one seriously cool trailer... And, as somebody mentioned, a thrilling blurb from Ellroy. Congratulations!

I don't suppose the dude with the gun was you?!?

Very cool, Stuart - and I'm hugely impressed by the Ellroy quote. I'll eagerly await the finished novel.

The music wasn't your own, by any chance?

Thanks Jes and Nic. Yep, the music was written specifically for the trailer. Funny enough, it's not a use I ever thought I'd put my guitar playing to..

Awesome trailer, Stuart. The music is very cool, and the blurb by Ellroy is most impressive. You are an incredibly talented dude, can't wait to see what lies ahead for you.

Wow, just wow.

The trailer is wonderful. Music is awesome. A blurb to boot? Yes, it has it all.

I can't wait for the book to come out. The story is so powerful I can't get it out of my head.
